United Shade, an Airxcel brand, announces the launch of the Cordless Pleated Shade. AnUS-Cordless Pleated Shade industry first, it offers a modern and updated design to United Shades’ tried-and-true standard Pleated Night Shade.

"The Cordless Pleated Shade is a custom-built, night-only shade offered in a variety of fabrics with matching rails. The shade's soft-touch mechanism allows for the most basic hand interaction to adjust its position up and down. With the new cordless design, no tension cords are required, creating a sleeker and more user-friendly experience," says Tina Sharkey, United Shade OEM sales manager.

Already being noticed by the industry, the Cordless Pleated Shade was recently recognized by RV Business magazine as a finalist for its prestigious 2020 RISE Awards. It was chosen for its innovation, functionality, customer acceptance and competitive impact.

"The Cordless Pleated Shade is another example of our commitment to innovation. We continue to provide solutions to our OEM customers that drive value to end consumers," says Anthony Wollschlager, division president. United Shade has been a long-term, committed partner in the RV industry and offers a vast variety of window covering solutions.
