WICHITA, KAN. – Airxcel, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotions of Steve Smith to director of OEM sales, and Steve Gokie to director of aftermarket sales.

Steve Smith has been with Airxcel for four years where he called on OEMs in the Elkhart area and contributed to Airxcel’s market share growth. His career in the industry spans over 26 years and his product and industry knowledge make him a perfect fit to help Airxcel achieve its goals to further grow.

“I’m excited for this new opportunity and look forward to building upon our strong product foundations and customer relationships in Elkhart and throughout North America,” Smith said.

Steve Gokie has been with the company for more than 30 years and has held various sales roles throughout the years including sales representative, territory manager and sales manager. His relationships within Airxcel’s distributor base is unmatched within the company and his experience will facilitate our plans to expand the aftermarket business.

Gokie remarked, “I have a passion for our products and our customers’ success, and I look forward to working more closely with our distributor and dealer partners.”

On November 13th, 2012 the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) issued a Final Rule pursuant to Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
