Marvair Announces Agreement with US Air Conditioning Distributors In City of Industry, California

CORDELE, GA. ---- Mike Leach, Director of Applied Product Sales for Marvair, is excited to announce a distribution agreement with US Air Conditioning Distributors (US Air).

US Air is one of the largest privately owned HVAC equipment distributors in the United States. US Air will serve as Regional Distributor for Marvair products in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Idaho.

This new agreement with US Air Conditioning provides an opportunity for Marvair to better serve the western region of the United States, while also expanding their product offerings” says Mike Leach.

CONFLICT MINERALS POLICY

On November 13th, 2012 the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) issued a Final Rule pursuant to Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. The Rule requires businesses that file with the SEC and manufacturing products that require Conflict Minerals for their production or functionality to file a report with the SEC which includes, along with other information, measures taken to exercise “due diligence” regarding the source and chain of custody of all such minerals.
